REGARDING ORDERS AND DELIVERY
Delivery is free to any physical address worldwide that can accept a “signed for” delivery. While these are unlikely to arise, if any taxes are payable in your particular jurisdiction, you will be responsible for settling them and we cannot be responsible for any non-receipt of products due to any failures in this respect.
Your health supplements may take up to 10-12 business days to be delivered. We understand that a delivery time of 10-12 business days may be longer than ideal for some of our customers. However, as we offer free worldwide delivery with no minimum orders and do not for cost-efficiency reasons carry inventory in every location, the given timeframe is necessary to manage customer expectations.
Although many of our health supplements are specially designed for “letterbox delivery” appropriate for normal postal services, our default delivery method normally requires the recipient’s signature due to the high value of our products. Please enter your contact number correctly as some of our delivery partners may call you regarding the delivery of your order. Please ensure that there is someone to collect the package at the designated address and time to avoid delays and disappointment. If we have attempted to deliver your order, but there was nobody present to receive and sign for it, then our delivery partners will leave you a notification slip for you to arrange for a re-delivery or self-collection.
If you have a special request for a quicker or different delivery method from that offered, you are welcome to message us before you place your order and we will endeavour to find a solution for you, but we cannot guarantee this and any solution is likely to come with an additional cost.
Please email us at support@ncapsulate.com to cancel or make changes to your order and we will try our best to fulfill your request. If you wish to cancel all or part of your order and your order has already been processed for delivery, you may need to wait for your order to be delivered to you before returning them for a refund.
When you make a purchase of any of our health supplements, you will have the option of participating in the auto-subscription programme and electing to receive a new bottle of the same product at a regular interval that you select. To change the email address on your account, all you need to do is log in to your account and clicking on the "My Account" button. Click on "Profile" where you can edit the current email address and enter the new one in its place. Make sure you click on the "Save" button to save the changes. Remember to log in with the new email address for future orders.
To change your account password, log in to your accoun with your current password, click on "My Account" and click "Change Password". Enter your current password and your new password twice. Make sure to click "Save" in order to save the changes. When ordering in the future, log in to your account with your new password.
If you have forgotten your password, go to "My Account" and click on the "Forgot Password" link. Then, enter the email address for your account and you will receive an email which will allow you to reset your password. It usually takes just a few minutes to get the new password.
REGARDING PRODUCTS
Once in a while, a particular product suddenly becomes very popular or there are production delays, causing us to be out of stock. You may contact us at support@ncapsulate.com and we will inform you when the product is available again.

In the unlikely event that you receive a health supplement that does not have a satisfactory expiration or best-before date, it will be considered defective. In that event, please inform us of the defective product so that we can arrange for a return collection and replacement or full refund at your option.
